Build a website for your property
A booking website with live availability, instant quotes and request-to-book. Host, Pro and Agency plans.
- Link your Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo calendars on the property first, so booked nights show as unavailable.
- On the property, open the Website tab. Choose a web address, add a headline, description, prices and check-in times, then tick Publish my website and click Save website.
- Upload photos. The first photo is the big one at the top; use the arrows to reorder and add captions if you like.
- Copy the calendar link under Stop double bookings and import it into Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo. Bookings you accept will then block those dates everywhere.
- When a guest asks to book, you get an email. Open the Website tab to accept or decline, then arrange payment with the guest directly.
Good to know
- Platforms only re-check calendars every few hours, so accept requests promptly and check your other calendars before confirming.
- Quotes are a guide. You confirm the final price when you accept.
