House rules guests actually agree to
Smoking inside, more guests than booked and nobody reading the rules are the top complaints hosts make. Ask every guest to read your rules, tick each one and sign before they arrive, and you have a record if anything goes wrong.

Your rules, your words
Start from our suggested rules (no smoking, no more guests than booked, no parties, quiet hours, report damage) and change them to suit your property. Up to 20 rules, one per line.
One link, before arrival
Send the link with your booking confirmation or check-in message. It is also a button on your house guide. Guests give their dates and numbers, tick every rule and type their name to sign. No app, no login.
Alerts for too many guests
If a guest says more people are coming than the property sleeps, we email you straight away, so you can sort it out before they arrive.
Evidence when you need it
Each agreement is kept with the time it was signed. If you make a damage claim for that stay, it is added to your claim pack automatically. Agreements are deleted two years after the stay.
