Property Photo Guy is the data controller for personal data processed through HostSorted.

What we collect

Your name, email address and password (stored as a secure hash); property addresses and compliance records you enter; documents you upload; billing details handled by Stripe (we never see your full card number); and basic technical logs.

Why

To provide the service and send the reminders you ask for (contract), to take payment (contract), and to keep the service secure (legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

Our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services, UK region), our email delivery provider, and Stripe for payments. We don't sell your data.

How long we keep it

Until you delete your account, which removes your records and documents. Backups roll off within 14 days.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data from your account page, or by emailing [email protected]. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
