Win direct bookings from past guests

Deposits, returning-guest codes, gap-night deals and "book direct" emails.

1. On a property's Website tab, open Deposits, returning guests and gap deals. Choose a deposit and add a payment link or bank details, set a returning-guest code, and switch on gap-night deals.
2. Guests who tick "email me offers" on your website or house rules form appear on the Past guests page. You can add others who have agreed to hear from you.
3. From Past guests, write a short email. {first_name}, {code} and {website} are filled in for each guest. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
4. Accepted direct bookings are counted, with an estimate of the Airbnb fees you saved.
