Make a leaflet for your holiday let

A print-ready A5 leaflet built from your property website, with a QR code and a discount code.

1. Set up the property website first (Website tab): the leaflet uses its photos, headline, prices and contact details.
2. Open the Leaflet tab. Pick one of seven designs (from a classic photo-on-top layout to a full-bleed postcard, a three-photo collage and a colour band) and, if you like, your own accent colour.
3. Check the words: the line under the name, a one-sentence headline, up to five short selling points and whether to show a price.
4. The QR code goes to your website and is tagged, so scans show up as Leaflet in your visitor stats. Add a discount code: your returning-guest code is filled in if you have one, and it works automatically on the website.
5. Tick up to three photos. Website photos are already there; upload extra ones just for print if you want. The first ticked is the big one.
6. Save, check the preview, then download. Use Download for a printer for online printers (A5 with 3mm bleed and crop marks) or Download for home printing (no bleed, two per A4 sheet).
