Property Photo Guy ("we") provides HostSorted, an online tool for recording compliance dates and receiving reminders.
Not legal advice
HostSorted is a reminder and record-keeping tool. Guidance in the app is general information about rules in England and may not cover your circumstances. You remain responsible for meeting your legal obligations as a landlord or agent. Check official guidance or take professional advice where needed.
Your account
Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of the dates and documents you enter.
Subscriptions
After the free trial, a paid plan is needed to keep using the service. Plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page, and the plan runs until the end of the paid period.
Reminders
We aim to send reminders reliably, but email can be delayed or filtered. Don't rely on reminders as your only record; check your dashboard regularly.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for fines, penalties or losses arising from missed obligations. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
