What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. If you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, ask us and we will do our best.
Can we bring our dog?
Yes, up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome for £25 per dog per stay. Please keep them off the beds and sofas. There are dog towels and a dog shower in the boot room.
Is there Wi-Fi and mobile signal?
Yes. There is fast fibre broadband throughout the barn. Mobile signal is good on most networks, a little patchy on the terrace.
Is the hot tub private and how is it looked after?
It is private to the barn. We drain, clean and refill it between every stay, test the water twice a day while guests are here, and keep a written log.
Is the barn suitable for young children?
Yes. There is a travel cot, high chair, stair gate and a box of toys. Please note the terrace is next to the hot tub and the garden backs onto the marsh, so children need supervising outside.
How do payment and deposits work?
A 25% deposit secures your booking, paid securely by card. The balance is due six weeks before you arrive. There are no booking fees when you book direct.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel up to six weeks before arrival for a full refund of your deposit. After that, we refund anything we are able to rebook.
Is the barn safe and certified?
Yes. We have a written fire risk assessment, interlinked smoke and heat alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and up-to-date gas, electrical and hot tub safety checks.
